CIS can not survive the crisis.

The lack of a strong center in the Commonwealth of forcing its members to seek out one by one.

The current crisis will cause the strengthening of centrifugal trends among the members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), because no single policy or a plan of joint action between them has not yet been developed, while the number of interstate conflicts is growing. At the same time Russia, as the center of the organization that objectively reinforces these negative trends, showing some of the worst socio-economic results for the January-April.

At a time when most countries have been faced with huge economic problems, a strong center could enhance centripetal tendencies. But how Russia could become such a center is not yet entirely clear, given that it is today one of the worst of current socio-economic outcomes and objectively enhances growth directly opposite - centrifugal - trends.

In recent years, the number of problems between the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, is increasing. Aware of the difficulties in the relationship between Russia and Ukraine on the gas issue. The accident in the gas transportation system was the cause of the conflict Russia with Turkmenistan. Not all clear in relations with Azerbaijan. Finally, the recent milk conflict with Minsk Moscow has formed yet another crack in the CIS. Therefore, the prospects for union if there is such a great number of conflicts, which only exacerbates the crisis, seemed clearly mixed.

Best Socio-economic indicators among the CIS countries in January-April, are Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, where GDP growth (based on data for the first quarter) was 7.9% and 4.3% respectively. In the area of positive GDP growth in Tajikistan were at 2.9% and Belarus - 1.2%. The worst results estimated BCF demonstrate Ukraine and Moldova, where the decline in industrial production amounted to 31.9 and 25.7% respectively. All the more regrettable that Russia, which is and should be the center of Union, turned out to be closer to outsiders, showing minus 14.9% for industry and minus 9.8% - of GDP.

In addition, the allied countries, there are different degrees of action to resolve the crisis, and to combine them is problematic. The most explicit government program to combat the crisis, according to the findings of researchers - from Kazakhstan.

The worst situation in Ukraine, to analyze a program by which the output of the dire situation it is difficult for the simple reason that it has not yet been approved. This country's economic performance is rapidly declining.
