In Russia have identified 13 «crisis» regions.

Thirteen regions are included in the group «crisis» because of falling revenues.

By the «crisis» regions include Tatarstan, the Khanty-Mansi, Krasnoyarsk and Perm Krai, Astrakhan, Belgorod, Volgograd, Kemerovo, Kursk, Novgorod, Orenburg, Samara and Chelyabinsk Region.

In the most difficult position on the budgetary performance in Chelyabinsk and Kemerovo region, severely affected by the sharp drop in revenues from income taxes - for 90 and 88 percent respectively.
