Moscow. Bad parts: the three worst places of the capital.
They say, in Moscow to live well. Not in vain because people come here from all over Russia, and even from other countries in the world. For many, has long been a dream to buy an apartment in the capital, often does not matter in what area. But there is where the life of the capital is not so good.
The preferred have been and remain central areas of Moscow. This recently recognized by the most expensive Yakimanka and Hamovniki, Arbat, Ostozhenka Net ponds, Tverskaya.
It's no secret that these prestigious areas, although at the expense of the historic center, but it is not always comfortable for living. There are always tourists throng, noisy stream of cars, gas air. The dream of a quiet and prestigious center frequently and remains a dream. But despite this, people with high prosperity seeking to buy an apartment here, to underline their status.
But where the residents of Moscow did not want to move in any case? Where sales are slower and the total price is lower than the average for the District?
First of all, it Kapotnya. It is called one of the 12 districts of South-East district of Moscow. This place is famous for the fact that here are the Moscow Oil Refinery (from 1938), a few more plants - in total more than hundreds of different enterprises, as well as the two prisons. It is also one of the industrial areas of the capital. There is a large brewery «Efes», Vostryakovsky sausage factory, and most unpleasant, incineration plant «Ekotehprom», as well as TPP-26.
County Beskudnikovo also not popular. It is located in the north of the capital, the main highway - Highway Dmitrovskoye and Beskudnikovsky Blvd. Here is a major railway station Savelovskaya branches. Historically, this area was considered to be poor, because there was not a fertile land, and the name of the area is believed to historians, comes from the «Beskunnikovo», meaning «accommodation». Since 1874 environmental damages are based merchant Denisov brick factory, which has existed until now, producing ceramic tiles.
